About me

I aim to provide space and time to reflect, explore, understand and work through key challenging times or bring about the change you might be looking for. I place importance on building trust, security and understanding with you as my client in order to work together on what is important to you in your own way and pace.

I have worked as an acupuncturist, mental health support worker and advocate for several years and have a great deal of experience supporting people through difficult times including depression, anxiety, bereavement, questions of sexuality and gender, stigma, illness and abuse.

I hold UKATA Diploma in Transactional Analysis and I am member of UKATA. I abide by UKATA code of ethics and like most of therapists, I receive regular supervision.
