Practicalities

I am offer sessions remotely by Zoom. 
You can get in touch by email, text or phone. I may not able to answer straightaway but will get back to you as soon as possible. We will arrange our first session to talk about the reasons for your looking for counselling and I will explain how I work with clients. I generally see the first session as an opportunity to ask any questions when you are choosing a counsellor and to see if you would like to work with me. I offer short term and long-term counselling.

Cost: £60 per session (50min)
